It was such a pleasure working on the Jimmy Dean Biscuit Roll-Up Zone with Ogilvy Chicago! The first-of-its-kind activation featured a bike drive-thru where cyclists could ride through the North Avenue Beach area and snag a free Biscuit Roll-Up. In order to curate this turn key experience, we had our hands in a few different pots.
We designed and fabricated the entire Roll-Up Hut experience including: wayfinding, signage, uniforms and menu boards. Our Project Management and Design team executed all site logistics, permitting, staffing as well as the creation of all of the branded collateral for the event. Our Logistics team took control of the installation and dismantle along with storage, transportation and fulfillment of the sample product from our of site cold storage facility. It was truly an honor for us to be completely involved in the entirety of this activation, and we loved showcasing our project management skills.
