When Nike wanted to show its support for the LGBTQ community during Pride Month, it wasn’t just another retail store design—the brand had an important message to share with its audience. The retail experience needed to tell a story.
A mirrored hero wall, developed for Nike’s retail stores in L.A. and Chicago, featured a multi-colored, gradient effect that required extensive graphics sampling and application testing. An oversized video monitor required housing design and custom fabrication of mounting brackets. Custom fixtures, custom upholstery, and the integration of mannequins all combined to create an immersive spatial design that celebrated Pride and the brand’s core values at every turn.
